Sometimes you just have to return an item - we’ve all been there. We’d like to make this process as simple as possible for you!
Order Processing & Cancellation
Our team typically processes orders within 12-48 hours. We accept order cancellations if initiated within 12 hours of your purchase. If you request a cancellation before your order has been shipped and within this 12-hour window, your order will be successfully cancelled and fully refunded.
30-Day Return Window
We accept most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the returned product. Some of the products in our clearance section are final sale and are not eligible to be returned. These products will be clearly marked with either "All Sales Final" in the bullets, or will have a discontinued flag over the image. We also do not accept international returns.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
How to Start a Return
If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:
Please email us at service@elegantweddingtable.com with your Order Number and photos of the item. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and further instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refund Procedure & Timeline
Once your return package arrives at our warehouse, the refund will be processed within 3 business days. Your refund will be fully processed and credited back to your original method of payment. Once it's been processed, you'll receive an email confirmation for the refund. Please note that if the payment was by credit card, it can take an extra 2-3 business days to officially show up on your credit card statement.
Shipping Damages
Customers are responsible to inspect their orders and report any damages made to the products in shipment within 3 days of receiving their order. Proof of damages (high-quality photos of the damaged products and packaging) must be provided via email. Any claims about damaged goods after the 3-day inspection period will not be re-shipped or refunded.
