Issues with order

Order Cancellation

We begin preparing orders for shipment within 12 hours after they are placed.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us by email or inbox within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, the warehouse may begin processing the shipment automatically, and we may not be able to stop the order before it ships.

Once an order has shipped, it is considered fulfilled and can no longer be canceled.

Large or Multi-Box Orders

For large or multi-box orders, please check all packages at delivery.

If anything is missing or damaged, please contact us right away with clear photos so we can help review the issue.

Undeliverable Orders

If a carrier is unable to deliver your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

If the package is returned to us because it could not be delivered, a 10% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.

Out-of-Stock Items

If any item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you and issue a refund for the affected item, including any related shipping cost.

Refunds

All refunds, including refunds for approved cancellations, will be issued to the original payment method.

Once a refund is processed, it may take 10-14 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
