1. Order Processing & Cancellation
Our team typically processes orders within 12 hours. We accept order cancellation requests if submitted within 12 hours of purchase. If your order has not yet been shipped and the cancellation request is received within this timeframe, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
2. 30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We welcome return requests for both defective (damaged) and non-defective (change of mind) products, under the following conditions:

Defective & Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will accept the return and fully cover the return shipping costs.

Non-Defective Items (Change of Mind): If you simply changed your mind or no longer need the product, we accept returns as long as the items are new, unopened, and in their original packaging. For these returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

No Exchanges: Please note that we do not accept product exchanges. If you need a different item, color, or size, please initiate a return for your original order for a refund, and place a brand-new order through our website.

International Orders: Please note that we currently do not accept international returns.
3. Shipping Damages & Inspection
To ensure we can resolve issues with our shipping carriers, we highly encourage customers to inspect their orders immediately upon arrival.

Reporting an Issue: If you notice any damages, missing items, or defective products incurred during shipment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Proof Required: High-quality photos of the damaged products, the shipping box, and the shipping label must be provided via email.

Timeline: All return and refund requests for damaged or defective items are fully covered under our standard 30-day return window.
4. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
Certain products are ineligible for return to ensure we can continue offering competitive pricing:

Opened or Used Items: Non-defective products that have been unsealed, opened, or used cannot be returned.

Clearance & Discontinued Items: Items marked with "All Sales Final" or clearance/discontinued products are not eligible for return.
5. Refund Procedure & Timeline
Once your return package arrives and is inspected at our warehouse, your approved refund will be fully processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 7 business days. You will receive an automated email confirmation once the refund is completed.
